Private events
Welcome to the historical milieu of Kotkaniemi in the middle of the nature to organise a conference or celebration, or to meet friends. The trip will be topped off by food prepared in the spirit of Ellen Svinhufvud and by the magnificent views towards Lake Kivijärvi.
The “Siperia” and “Käräjätupa” conference rooms upstairs of the main building can be reserved for celebrations, conferences, and training sessions. The conference rooms can seat a maximum of 12 persons each. When the café is closed, the café premises (36 seats) can also be rented for private use.
Sauna
The sauna at Kotkaniemi can also be rented. This lakeside sauna with an electric sauna stove was built in the 1980s and it is in use during the summertime. The rent of the sauna is 20 e / person (min. 60 e, max. 140 e) and the rental time is 4 hours. The sauna can fit a maximum of 10 persons. (Note that there is only one changing room in the sauna.) There´s also a fridge, an electric grill, and a swimming dock at your disposal. You can bring your own snacks to the sauna or order some from our café.
Events and private gatherings can also be organised outside normal opening hours.
